Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance

The background of the problem in this study is that there are many problems encountered company PT. Kharisma Anugrah Lestari still employees who do not comply with work regulations at company, also show lack performance, responsibility for work, need efforts made by to improve effective employee performance. These raise a leadership style managing human resources unit and supportive environment. So, author interested conducting further research entitled "The Influence Leadership Style Work Environment on Employee Performance Charisma Lestari". This writing uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques carried out observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, library studies. source data used results questionnaires filled all population 30 people. statistical analysis method was multiple linear regression IBM SPSS version 23 rocks. partial hypothesis testing has positive significant effect while environment no based simultaneous tests, F value calculated > table obtained 16.119 3.340 means positive. With significance 0.000 < 0.05 meaning significant, it can be concluded simultaneously have coefficient determination test showing figure 0.544 or 54.4%, almost half performance influenced environment.Latar Belakang permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat banyak ditemui di perusahaan yaitu masih karyawan yang tidak mematuhi peraturan kerja pada perusahaan, para juga menunjukkan kurangnya prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan,Perlunya upaya dilakukan oleh untuk meningkatkan kinerja efektif. timbul-timbulnya masalah diperlukannya gaya kepemimpinan mengelola sumber daya manusia suatu serta lingkungan mendukung. maka penulis tertarik melakukan lebih lanjut dengan judul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Kinerja Karyawan Pada Lestari”. Penulisan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner studi perpustakaan. Sumber digunakan hasil diisi seluruh jumlah populasi orang. Metode analisis statistik regresi berganda batuan versi 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial bahwa berpengaruh positif signifikan karyawan, sedangkan Berdasarkan uji simultan nilai hitung Ftabel diperoleh 16,119 artinya positif. signifikansi 0,000 0,05 signifikan, dapat disimpulkan karyawan. Dengan koefisien determinasi angka sebesar 0,544 atau 54,4% hampir setengah dipengaruhi kerja.
